Other NSW environmental legislation
Many other Acts that are administered by other government departments such as the Department of Planning, Department of Water and Energy, Department of Lands, and the NSW Rural Fire Service, also relate to aspects of the environment. The Office of Environment and Heritage (OEH) has responsibilities and functions under a number of these Acts.
